Bottle at Hiranoya. Good graininess, quite sweet, honey maybe. Feels like a triple. Probably is one. Light tropical notes, quite thick. Good stuff. (quite pissed by this stage)

Tap at Happy Gnome. Light golden color. Aroma is mild. Lacing quickly disappears. Taste is also mild but easily consumed on a summer day. A little bit of sweetness and some of the Belgian yeast undertones. Unspectacular finish. OK, not great.

Iets troebele oranje kleur met veel schuim. Ruikt mout, beetje stoffig. Smaakt ergens naar. Weet niet waarnaar.

brnandersen (2405) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUN 19, 2014
33 cl. bottle poured in to a Tulip. Hazy, amber colour with a huge, white fluffy head, that fades to fluffy lumps. Fruity aroma with yeasts, almost bretts-like, pepper, spices, citrus, hay and floral hops. Taste is light bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and a lively carbonation - bordering aggressive. Long lasting fruity finish with big yeasts, citrus and tart fruits. Rather a lot of yeasts and tart fruits in this one.

Smells of sour fruit and straw. Pours golden and cloudy with thick white head. Tastes of raspberry, bitter orange and other sour fruit (cherry?) slightly sweet, slightly grassy and some spices. The body is medium, low carbonation, slightly bitter. A great tasting beer.

UPDATED: AUG 16, 2014 Bottle, 33cL. Home. An orange opaque landscape with yellow hues; medium white head with a medium retention. Citrus aroma, herbs. Medium sweet, a bit warming. Medium bitter. Medium body, thin texture, fizzy carbonation, warming finish. Overall, OK belgian ale : good average fruity aroma and taste, a bit too fizzy. 4/24/2014 : 7-4-7-4-16 Bottle, 33cL. Home. A pale, unclear, yellow beer with orange hues. Large thin white head. Good persistence. Fruity aroma, caramel, alcohol, herbs. Medium to heavy sweet (alcoholic note), light bitter. Medium body and texture. Average carbonation. Long sweet finish. Still, refreshing ! Overall, a really good beer. I prefer when the temperature is getting higher (8-10°C).

33cl bottle poured in a trappist glass. Pours a lively blonde colour with a wonderful foamy head. Taste is rather subdued but is a nice mix of sweet malts and fruity notes. One of the better blonde beers.
