Clear pale yellow beer, small irregular white aery head, unstable, non adhesive. aroma: soapy, bit lemony, some hay, sourish touch. MF: lots of carbon, light body. Taste: pretty sour start, artificial lemon, grains, mainly sour. Aftertaste: little bitter, lemony, sour and soapy. Just like the regular one, yuk.

Bio and colour promise a lot, but the product itself is somehow dissappointing - doesnt taste exactly beer, but kind of sandy or panaché or sima/mjod. Extra point for BIO. Not my favorite.

33 cl. bottle sampled @ ZBF. Pale citrus golden appearance, little white head. Sweet apple nose, flowers, sweet malts, with some bitter hay & spices,… Taste is flowers, too much carb. interfering with the taste, light lactic, spices, bitter hay, herbs, sweet citrus, bitter hay,… Overly carbonated.

Slightly hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of malts, yeast, apple core, apple sauce, light toast. Quite sweet flavour, light bitter. Yeasty finish, apple. Bit metallic.

Bottle. Light golden, hazy, small to average and fully diminishing head. Light to moderate, malty – lightly wheaty lightly sweetish aroma, light fruitiness and light citrus and light spiciness (coriander). Body is light, malty – lightly wheaty and lightly sweetish flavor, light fruitiness with light citrus and light spiciness. Finish is short to average, malty – lightly wheaty and lightly sweetish with light vegetables and light spiciness. Thin-bodied, also vegetables in the finish.

(bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Yeasty and lemon-fruity aroma with a moderate wheat-character, accompanied by a slightly soapy note of coriander. Slightly sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Dry malty, wheaty base with loads of citrus/lemon and mildly spicy notes; dry and mildly sour and spicy finish. Bottle (33 cl) from bierkompass.de. Shady deep golden, small, brief head. Quite pungent and sharp spicy aroma, some citric notes. Light to medium bodied, sharp carbonation. Dry with low to medium bitterness.

Pours a light straw with an orange hue. decent head that fades to small film quickly. Smells great! Fruity, oranges and apples , like when you are out apple picking. Sweet with a hint of licorice.
Taste is dryer than the smell, a lot less of the fruit comes through but even more of the anise/licorice flavors are coming through. A bit thin of a mouth feel, I mean I know it is and should be a light bodied beer but I still expected more liveliness, a bit prickly on the palate where I wanted it to dance like a stripper (not a ballerina!) Overall it was a decent beer but did not do what I expected of the style. No real zip or crispness to it.
