330ml bottle. Some herbal and citrus aromas. Pours hazy golden, with vanishing white head, some lacework. Light body and high carbonation. Taste is yeasty, some citrus and herbal. Short dry finish.

33cl. Reprend la base de la Troublette avec un support de grains bio. Le profile de base reste similaire mais cet ajout bio donne un palais qui se démarque légèrement de la version habituelle. Je ne dirai pas que une se démarque de l’autre mais simplement une question de choix. Pour moi la bio conserve ce côté plus rustique venant du grains. Pour le reste, on y retrouve les caractéristiques d’une blanche.

33cl bottle. Hazy golden colour with a frothy, good lasting, nice lacing white head. Aroma is moderate malty with lemon hints and slightly hoppy. Flavour is frutal, lemongrass is present, slightly spicy and a final mild bittery. Carbonation is lively. Body is light.

Cloudy straw color. Big bubbly white head. Lacing. Lemony aroma with hints of malt. Bitter lemon flavor with a big carbonic bite. Not too bad. A little thin and citrusy. But delicious.

330ml Bottle - Hazy golden with a foamy white head. Lemon, coriander, malt and a hint of banana in the aroma. Tangy and spicy taste with notes of lemon, spice and banana. The finish leaves a tingling sensation on the tounge. Refreshing and very easy to drink.

Pours nice clear amber with a big, creamy, white head. Aroma has apples, wheat, light caramel. Medium carbonation, fine creamy and light dry mouthfeel. Medium carbonation, fine creamy and light dry mouthfeel. Flavour is mildly vinious actually, wheat, light caramel, oranges, citrus. Light spicy bitter finish. Rather lovely.

Més que correcta cervesa de blat de la Brasserie Caracole. Bon color, nivell d’espuma i gust refrescant.

33cl bottle. Aroma is barnyard, sour, spicy. A bit of cooked vegetables. Hazy appearance with bad head. Sour and sweet taste, well balanced and nice. Fizzy with full body. Overall a tasteful and nice beer.

bottle from Bierkoning - Dake! Hazy pale yellow, large and fluffy white head. Spicy-wheaty nose. Light-bodied, wheaty, spices (coriander), shy fruitines present, hints of citrus fruit. A refreshing beer.

Bottle. Hazy pale yellow with a big white head. The aroma is coriander, yogurt, fresh fruit and oranges. The flavour is coriander, fresh fruit, light citrus and it ends up fruity and light metallic. Highly carbonated.
