3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Light grey yellow body, misty and with a small grey lace. Citrus, farmhouse funk, pale malts, light yet complex. Taste is more of this, quite a nice light sourness underlying the light bitter, refreshing body of which you want to keep on sippin’. Much better than I expected and finally a Belgian wit that’s not just coriander and orange peel with white sugary simple body. (33cl bottle from Bierparadijs)

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
UPDATED: APR 23, 2013 From Mi-Orge Mi-Houblon. I like the thick, big and persistent white head. But... I think the Bio version has more personality. A very good beer.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
75cl. Bottle shared@family tasting. - A Blanche de Namur style wit/blanche with a nose and taste so heavy on citrus wheat and fine, sour wit yeast that it had us wondering wether any real lemon or lemon peel had been added...or it had been infected - BB 2014, so I suppose this refreshing sourness is part of the recipe. Impressively light, cloudy, above average ABV yet sessionable wit for summers, a future go-to Wit import to survive German summers without the obligatory Gespritzte/Spezi/Weissbier+lemonade.

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottled 0,33L. Golden hazy color, discreet bubbly aspect with a medium foamy resistant head. Much yeast and citrus aroma, powerfull yeast and spiced notes, prickly nose and stinging stum rumors. Decided prickly body, much lively and realy acrid mouth. Marked yeast, aged grapes and cellar rumors with a little citrus and tart final. Decidly throw off the balance.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottled, 330ml from Hopduvel Warehouse, Gent, Belgium. Hazy lemon gold with white head. As Witbier’s go this seems to have all the traits, fruity banana, pear drops and prune. Quite full on the palate with a slight fruity alcohol note. Good stuff for a non favourite beer style.
