Bottled, 330ml from Hopduvel Warehouse, Gent, Belgium. Hazy lemon gold with white head. As Witbier’s go this seems to have all the traits, fruity banana, pear drops and prune. Quite full on the palate with a slight fruity alcohol note. Good stuff for a non favourite beer style.

Based on the reviwes I read. This is the beer I hoped for. Nice wheat character. Sweet with a fresh hop on the finish. Soft mellow beautiful beer that will never offend in any way. Very delicate and comfortable beer. A pleasure to drink with the love of your life on a beautiful sunlit day on a shady porch with a soft sea breeze blowing in. That’s what this beer is like. Very enjoyable.

Gerbeer (1722) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 1, 2012
330 ml bottle. Pours a hazy amber with medium head and lots of sediment. Aromas of yeast, lemons, and light malts. Flavors of vegetable, celery, lemons, white pepper and a bit of ginger. Sharp. refreshing.

Slightly hazy and pale yellow with a fizzy white head. Sour, yeasty, apple, banana, lemon, and pepper. Crisp and punchy with a long finish.

Kosmokrator (470) - ITALY - OCT 15, 2012

Pours a very light gold with a small head. Sweet and tangy, with fruit and honey notes. Very tasty!

pours cloudy golden yellowish/orange, nice small micro CO2 head, lots of very fast active CO2 streams. Bright sweet light citrus wheat malts on the nose. A fruity sweet burst of pineapple and banana up front, sweetness level 6/10, partially watery mouthfeel, half-fizzy/light creamy, lemon citrus, light tartness, tangerine, clean mouthfeel with a dry bready finish, no bitterness, light roughness left in the mouth. Medium complexity, medium depth, great transitions, okay carry, good drinkability.
