Bottle. Unclear medium to dark yellow color with a average frothy good lacing mostly lasting white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, fruit sweetness / sour, spices, citrus / lime. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to lively.

The aroma is dominated by yeast - a fine aroma. The color is amber and it has no head. The flavor is very fruity with citrus notes.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with huge white head. Citrus like and slight brett-ish/lactose aroma. Flavour is controlled citric, fresh citrus fruity, prickling carbonation, vey mild caramel malt base and a mellow yeast note. Ends with a lingering acidic note and a light citrus fruity note.

(Bottle 75 cl) 5% ABV. Interesting and rather unusual "Biere Blanche" which doesn’t really follow the usual path for it’s style. More dry with less touches of coriander and orange peel. But very yeasty and wheaty. Not bad. 300799

Bottled. A bit hazy yellow colour, big white head. Fruity, a bit spicy aroma. Acidic citrus and dishwater in flavour. Also very earthy. Not too pleasant flavour, but otherwise good.

UPDATED: SEP 12, 2005 Bottled. Pale yellow with firm, rich head. Citric lemon aroma. Medium bodied with soft mouthfeel. Some sweet malt shines through the lemon juice, but it leaves me unimpressed.

Bottle at Bier Circus. Pours hazy yellow with a creamy white head and lacings. Nose is fruity & herbal. Coriander, citrus and yeast. Lively carbonation. Fresh. Very herbal spicy wit. Some sourness in the end which is not pleasant.
