Pours hazy yellow with a dense snow white head and lots of carbonation. The aroma has lemon zest, not too sweet wheat malt and coriander that is mellower than normal for style - flavorful, smooth and gentle. Medium / rich body with a good amount of carbonation. The flavor starts with smooth lemon / orange mouthfilling flavor, but it has a light sourness that makes it seem a bit stale. The finish as a bit of coriander. This is an okay wit, but without the stale taste this could be great.

Pretty cloudy yellow beer, small sediment floating around, white creamy head, unstable, pretty adhesive. Aroma: some marijuana upon opening the bottle, lots of citrus fruits, cleaning products, soapy. MF: lots of carbon, light body. Taste: lots of citrus, grassy hops, fresh herbs, bit soapy, sour touch. Aftertaste: pretty bitter, lemony, citrus, dish washing soap.

33cl BB 12/2012. Dorée sur une fine opacité, col blanc fin. Arôme fruité/agrumes avec une pointe orangée et coriandre. En bouche, très légère, sur belle carbonnation, citronnée, note de grains; blé/froment, fruité et agrumes avec pelure d’orange, fini sec/poussiéreux avec un bon profile de malt cara. Reste une blanche solide, légère et complexe. Une bonne alternative pour restez dans une bière régionale.

...had it in both the large and small bottles. Was surprised at the quality, never heard of it before, and glad I tried. Great flavor, hazy pour with lots of sediment. Cotton candy, wheat, yeast, orange, it was good. I’d have it again for sure. One of the better wits I’ve had.

Schiuma persistente, colore ambrato. Aroma di grano e limone candito. Al palato si presenta agrumata (arancio) con un colpo delicato di luppolatura che la rende molto rinfrescante e beverina. A sorso gia deglutito ti rimane in bocca un qualcosa tipo riso bollito! Ottima!

330ml bottle. Pours a hazy yellow with a light head. Citrus and floral aroma with a hint of orange flavour along with the traditional wheat components. Light and sweet with a hint of bitter aftertaste.

Aroma of citrus, salt and spice with a hint of dried banana. Lemon juice color. Bittersweet, puckering tart flavor. Will not be mistaken for anything but Belgian wheat ale. Light body, but not something to drink a six pack of. Strange fixation with snails.

2012 - 04 - 06 330ml bottle. hazy yellow golden colour. medium white head. high carbonated. fresh fruity aroma. light sweet taste.

Clear orange body with a white fizzy head - fastly disappearing. Aroma of hops and light caramalts. Moderately sweet, lightly bitter flavour. Bit weak.

33cl bottle from Westholme Stores, Goring. Poured clear amber with a dense white head and heavy carbonation, leaving the sediment firmly in the base of the bottle; yeasty citrus aroma; citrus flavour with a slightly sour grainy body and a sticky, sweet, yeasty finish.

Bottle @ Monk’s Sveavägen. Yellow colour with medium head. Citric aroma. Sweet citrus taste.
