4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. It’s neither heavy nor strong, but rather enjoyable and delicious! The beer’s home is a small Belgian village close to the French border called Namur. The recurring theme on each label is that of spiral snail shell from which the brewery takes its name. Apparently the snail is the emblem of Namur and the word for a snail in local Namurois dialect is "Caracole". Troublette had a low alcohol rating and features a complex mixture of citrus and hops, it pairs excellently with a light pasta meal with seafood or chicken. Recommended for a spring afternoon.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Trouble comme son nom l'indique ^^, pointe de coriandre et de zest de citron. Alcool peu marqué, rondeur et douceur en font une bière facile à boire mais pas futile.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Lovely amber body with, dense fluffy, white capped froth head. Beautiful. Piquant coriander and orange breeze nose with an undercurrent of wheat. So lively, bracing, refreshing, and beckoning. Smooth coriander wheat body with a shot of orange julius on the back of the palate with Belgian liquid bread yeast a continuous undercurrent. A classic and timeless Belgian Witbier.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Aparência amarelo médio com colarinho branco de média intensidade e de duração muito curta. No nariz, palha, cereais, ervas, além de um odor cítrico mais acentuado. Sabor levemente ácido que se intensifica um pouco no final (que é breve). Boa cerveja!

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle I found after stopping by and seeing just how tiny this brewery really is. Really tasty witbier. True to Belgian form with some yeast but I really liked the slight citrus kick at the end.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
UPDATED: AUG 31, 2013 Bright yellow colour supported to the eye by strong CO2 bubbles with a white frothy head. On the nose aromas of wet grass, wood, leaves and earth develop paired with faint unripe green pears. Nice fizzy action on the palate with a rather watery texture developing unripe fruit sweetness and light sour and bitter notes. Medium body with a nice floral, wet wood average lasting finish. Interesting beer!
