750 mml Bottle at Home. Red amber colour very nice. The finish is sweet and the taste has cereal notes.

750 ml. bottle, mine reads 7º. Brown colour with amber reflections, pour a small head that fades away quickly, no crown but there’s some lace. Smell of damp cellar or earth, herbs, hints of honey and spices (clove?). Sticky palate, taste of honey, herbs, I think probably there’s some rosemary, caramel, fruits. It could be better in next batchs, but right now is really a very good beer.

A beer that is difficult to explain, with many flavour and aromas mixed into one drink. For cap collectors: red cap with the Casasola label monk in black.

Bottled 750ml. -at Cerveceria Europa, Madrid. Brownish coloured, small off-white head, sweet malty nose. Sweet malty, caramel, fruity and slight spicy with notes of dried fruits and not so pleasant hint of medicine alcohol. Let’s say nothing special here.

Color marrón con corona inexistente. Aroma a dulces y levaduras.

Bottle from El Corte Inglés, Sevilla, 7% ABV
Hazy dark amber color, the head has short retention time. The aroma is quite anonymous, there is some malt, caramel and yeast. The malt and caramel flavor are reasonably good, but the fermentation pushed to reach a rather high level has produced also some flavors of vegetables; good bitterness level.
Average beer, malty but not spectacular, and a bit too alcoholic.
