Hazy yellow color, with an old hue. Mild honey and Mead aroma, with some comforting alcohol. Sweet flavor without being syrupy, as promised; some woody trace and mild tannins in the end; less complex than the drier Meads from this Cave, but very pleasant.

Bottle @ AA-Meeting, Western Denmark 2012. Pours clear no color with bubbles on top. Acetone and honey. Very sweet and alcoholic. Doable.

Clear medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy honey, wood, light alcohol. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, honey, wood, fresh. Body is medium, texture is oily - syrupy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20110917]

Bottled. A golden mead. The aroma has notes spices, honey, pollen, and flowers. The flavor is sweet with notes of honey, pollen, alcohol, some spices, leading to a dry alcoholic finish. Thanks fiulijn for sharing.
