Tasting at Papsø
Cloudy blond color; overcarbonated and with a big head. The aroma is strongly herbal, rosemary sage and thyme, but ain’t Simon & Garfunkel; light plastic, bubblegum and fruits; strange, but I can’t say it’s too bad, it brings back good memories from something I can’t grasp. Slim body, berries flavor, delicate, with a sourish finish; no honey, but a touch of wild strawberries (smultron). Weird; I’m not sure that this was intended, but it worked out not too bad.

Cloudy golden coloured with a small white head.
Sweet aroma of caramel and honey.
Sweet and light acidic flavour of caramel and honey.
Tart finish.

Bottled. An unclear dark amber beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of citrus, malt, and hops. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of brett, malt, straw, and citrus, leading to a dry finish.

Hazy pale yellow with a medium off white head. Sweet fruity aroma with malt, fruits and yeasty notes. Flavour likewise. Finished dry. Had some detergent.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is ginger and herbal, light honey. Sweet, citric and ginger. Citric and ginger flavoured finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy golden with a dense white head. Aroma is spicy with some honey yet surprisingly tart. Light body, tart honey accents, lots of fruit, flowers and pollen. Dry and surprisingly hoppy finish. 010410
