Bottle 500 ml [2011]: Appearance: Pours black with an ok tan head. Aroma: Oak, cocoa and sugar. Taste: Sweet, oak, cocoa, vanilla and bitterness. Palate: Soft and creamy. Overall: Well balanced but not very complex, taste remains the same from the beginning to the end. A nice imperial stout.

Bottle. 500ml. Pours pitch black. Good tan head. Nice lacing. Aroma is of alchool, and oak (it is an oak-aged beer). Also, cocoa, and sugar. Taste: oak, cocoa ,sligth bitterness. Nice feeling on the tongue. Tickling, fizzing. Well balanced. A good surprise from the brewer.
