Bottle - 500ml. Hazy blond body with a thin, lasting white frothy head. Fresh hoppy aroma with malty and piney hints. Its malty/hoppy taste is well balanced but a bit thinner than the aroma. It carries light grainy and herbal notes. Ends with a decent bitter/herbal finish. Not bad.

500 ml from Broue Ha Ha, served at cellar temperature in a tulip glass.

App.: Clear golden with a fair, rocky white head. Aroma: Quite grainy and sparse, a touch of citrus, grass/hay/wheat, a bit tangy, a touch spicy and peppery. Palate: Medium body, fairly full, rounded effervescence. Flav.: Like the nose with some grape-like fruitiness, white grapes, grape jelly, light and reasonably pleasant; dry with minimal bitterness and a pleasant, cereal finish.

Probably not the right beer to taste after an ESA. Oh well. Affable, nonetheless.

Bouteille 500 ml. 4.8%. Couleur jaune paille, mousse monce blanche.

Slightly cloudy golden pour with a thin white head. Aroma of rye and mild hops. The flavor has rye, herbal hops and mild sweetness. The body is light with a creamy texture and gentle carbonation. Average.

Hazy blonde ale wearing a proud 1cm head of delicate lacing, but no lasting power. Spicy and highly cerealic nose comes across as a surprise. This is surprisingly dense and heavy on the grains for a regular house golden. While the subtle hops could be fiercer, the maltiness is hefty, generous, though perhaps a bit husky. Unfortunately, as it gains in temperature, it gets duller and flattens quickly.
