My Bottom Line:
Rustic grain and minty hops ride furiously expansive bubbles, enlightened by starfruit-like citrus fruit subtleties.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A mushroom cloud of foam laces thickly all around the misty blond. This bottle gushed lightly, by the way.
-The high carbonation (natural, mind you) and dryness go very well together.
-Bread and bananas are connotations developed by the yeast.
-This is another very enjoyable Saison from La Chouape. This and their Machina are very good.

500 ml bottle from les arpents verts A: pinnaple, tropical, Belgian yeast, floral app: clear blond thick white head and superb lacing. T/p: thin body with moderate long bitter finish. Finishes dry. Moderate-high carbonation. O: great. Nose is particularly interesting. Super drinkability. Not a big fan of la chouape but this one hits its target.

Pours a hazy golden with a huge white head. Nose is spicy white pepper and citrus aromas. A hint of smokiness. Taste is spicy Belgian yeast, white pepper and a light bitterness. High carbonation. Beautiful Saison.

Crazy over carbonated, but not infected. A rich yeast aroma, almost bubblegum-like, wafting off of the incredibly dense, thick, bright white foamy head. Pale yellow color, hazy. A reasonable bitterness in the finish of a bright, tart, slightly citrus highlighted saison/wheat malt flavor.

500 ml bottle. Pours a slightly veiled straw with a very thick, resilient white head. Aroma is bubble gum, vanilla, lemon. Flavor is brettish, very dry, dusty, oldish, pear and tropical fruits. Very dry finish, lemon, honey. Light body, average carbonation.

Pours a hazy light golden with a foamy head that leaves really nice lacing. Nose is of pepper and herbs, coming quite close in character to Saison Dupont. Taste is pretty much dry and offers pepper and bitter herbs. Some nice yellow fruitiness reveals itself over time.Bitterness is indeed a bit high but not disturbing or out of style in any way. Body is medium and carbonation really, really high. A touch too high if you ask me. Still, that’s my only nitpick. Overall a nice and authentic saison, I didn’t expect as much!

Bottle from tom10101, thanks bud! Clear slightly hazy yellow pour with two fingers of frothy white head. Aroma, fruity esters, spices, and citrus, very reminiscent of a Belgian triple. Taste is light citrus, prickly carbonation, bone dry finish with a grass like aftertaste. Pretty refreshing, really dig the aroma, not a huge fan of the aftertaste though.
