Jan 7, 2009 Dégustée dans un verre chimay, édition 2008. Bière de couleur mangue clair avec peu de mousse et une faible carbonation. Au nez, le citron, le thym , le sel et la crême tourbillonnent autour de la levure. Au goût, le thym, la coriande, la pelure d’orange, la levure, la crême et le houblon tapissent ma langue doucement. Bière d’une grande finesse avec un goût d’alcool léger. Tout ce joue dans l’équilibre.

Dec 28, 2008 75cl bottle. Hazy orange colour with a nice white head. Fruity aroma with notes of yeast and some sweetness. The flavour is sweet, fruits and spicy with some toffee and malts. Very tasty brew.

Dec 27, 2008 33cl bottle from Ralphs Palm Springs. Nose of marshmallows, flowery hops, and light corriander notes. Hazy yellow orange with a medium, glass lacing, pale yellowish head. Flavor is peppery, spicy with light ginger and corriander, slightly sweet, caramel, and a lightly toasted marshmallow taste. First beer I have noticed this note in. Excellent BSA!

Caramel/toffee aroma.
Very drinkable for a 8% ale.
Draught at Café de Gaper, Eindhoven, the Netherlands. Clear golden colour with white medium-size head. Yeasty, caramel and spicy aroma. Sweet fruitiness in flavour. Flavour is somewhat short, no aftertaste. Easy to drink though.
