Hazy gold/orange color; Medium slightly creamy body; Aroma of yeast, citrus, floral, & spice; Flavor of sweet malt, yeast, citrus (notably orange), light fruit, and some hops; Finish is dry; The alcohol is well hidden; Nicely balanced; Overall, I enjoyed this one.

Bottle. Celebrating the acceptance into CC for our second adoption. Straw colored pour with thin head. Light, fresh aroma of apricot, yeast and spice. Smooth and crisp. Light baked bread, fruit and spices. Very enjoyable and easy to drink.

UPDATED: MAR 8, 2011 Does have a complex spicy aroma and flavor, not overpowering, behind that a good Belgian Golden Ale, heavy sediment making it unique.

330mL bottle. How have I not raed this yet? Pours hazy gold, thin white head, lacing is surprisingly poor. Nose is bubblegum, very pretty, sherbet lemons, citrus, wheat, ice cream and florals. Flavours of lemon & wheat. Nice floral finish.

Bottle. Pours a with a big, slowly dissipating head. Aroma is yeasty, a bit flowery, and very fruity/sweet. Starts off sweet and a bit spicy but ends lightly bitter with a slightly astringent aftertaste that is unexpected and not exactly pleasant. The mouthfeel is on the thick side, which is also unexpected but I like it. Easy to drink for how much alcohol is in it... and it warms the belly!

Pours dark golden with a thick foamy off-white head. Aroma is of yeast, light floral notes, and lots of orchard fruits. Taste is of fruit, warm bread dough, and a little spice.

Bottle 33cl. Color: amber/yellow, hazy. head is white and fizzy. Aroma: very fresh with some touches of citrus, peach, pineapple, soured milk and a little spicy. Taste: sweet and sour in the beginning, lightly bitter and lightly sweet in the aftertaste. Texture is watery. Very nice one!
