Aug 9, 2008 A nice belgain shared as research with the notorious DrBayern. Poured with a nice, off white head that retained nicely. Nice carbonation and a very pleasent nose. Definately an easy beer to drink!

Aug 7, 2008 On tap @ De Geuzen and many places in Amsterdam. Hazy golden colour, big white head. Aroma of yeast, fruits, hops and spices (coriander). Taste is very smooth, nice spicy flavours, some hops and malts, yeast/bread. Very well balanced beer, smooth mouthfeel. Highly drinkable, so watch out for the Leprechauns in your head the next morning.

Aug 4, 2008 [BCTC VIP Dinner 08] Poured a hazy golden color with a small, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, citrus fruits, earthy yeast, light coriander, and orange peel. Taste of some vanilla, citrus, green raisins, light spices, yeast, honey, and a dry, alcohol finish.

Aug 3, 2008 Golden color with thin white head that persists throughout. Fruity, floral and citrusy aroma. Similar to a farmhouse. Fruity and slightly hoppy flavor. Dry finish. Alcohol not noticable.

Aug 2, 2008 Aroma is fruity, orange, orange peel and spices. Very orange-fruity, a bit sweetish and spicy flavor finishes quite dry, bitter and spicy. Alcohol doesn’t taste, but warms very nicely. Medium-bodied palate is warming and quite easy to drink. So balanced, awesome beer : )

Jul 30, 2008 Tap at Sunswick in Queens.Poured a cloudy amber with a thin white head. Nice yeasty fruity nose. With similar flavor to follow, interesting spicey flavor to it, with a nice creamy mouthful.A very pleasant and tasty beer

Jul 30, 2008 petit 11.2 oz bottle. big fizzy head. hazy gold color with sediment floating about. sweet aroma of wheat, yeast, spice and lemon. Sweet taste to match. A sweet bready flavor - then citrus (orange peel maybe) - then dries out on the back end with spiciness (cinnamon, coriander) and alcohol. light but full of flavor.
