Golden, with a big fluffy white head. Sweet malty aroma, alcohol, soft spices, yeast and little exotic fruits (pineapple?) Flavor is slightly chalky with sweetish malts, yeast, alcohol and some menthol. A little tart, white wine finish, soft bittering hops. Medium bodied, strongly but softly carbonated palate. Yeast hides most of the alcohol towards the end of the bottle. Enjoyable appetizer, something between Duvel and Dupont.

75 cl bottle poured into trappist glass- poured semi turbid golden orange, low-medium carbonation, white head bubbled away. Great aroma of yeast, malt, floral hops, and too many to mention sweet fruits. Hits the mouth with a medium body, sweetness hits you as you start but then transforms to a tangy bitterness as you swallow, notes of pepper in the middle and finish, which sort of glides away. Very interesting brew.

On draft at Orlando Brewing. This beer was very good. It pours a golden color with very sweet fruit and honey-like notes in the aroma. The flavor is very sweet with some light malt and a touch of bitterness right before the finish. Laced up the glass nicely and was very enjoyable.

Pours a golden/orange color, bright, with a thick fluffy head which is maintained leaving some wonderful lacing. Quite a bit of carbonation. This beer is very smooth with amazing drinkability. A bit light but the flavors blend nicely. Sweet malts, yeast, semi-tart fruits, with a floral hop character. Perhaps a bit fragrant. Again, at first it all seems a little light but the further I worked through the beer the more I appreciated it’s delicate nature. Very nice.

330 ml, bbe 2010. Orange-amber with a three-finger, creamy and lasting head. Peach, mango, spicy resin, and beeswax aromas. Front is spicy, resinous herb and wood lightly dominating some earthy honey flavors. Finish has some spicy floral-citrus notes, clove, peppery alcohol, wheat, and bubblegum. Light-medium body tries to be smooth, but is too frothy with carbonation at times. Finishes nicely dry.
