Medium head that fades to a surface with some lace. Smells fantastic, earthy, with straw, some spicy hop, candy, apricot, a bit tropical. Taste is a bit aggressive at first with hop bitterness and an effervescent bite. Light peachiness and sweetness comes in followed by a medium length dry finish. Some light alcohol vapors in the nostrils.Really good beer, especially when it warms up. sneagrams3 (1738), St. Louis, Missouri, USA

Sweet malty aroma, alcohol, soft spices, yeast and little exotic fruits (pineapple?) Flavor is slightly chalky with sweetish malts, yeast, alcohol and some menthol. A little tart, white wine finish, soft bittering hops. Medium bodied, strongly but softly carbonated palate. Yeast hides most of the alcohol towards the end of the bottle. Enjoyable appetizer, something between Duvel and Dupont. daniele (1673), Italy

Great aroma of yeast, malt, floral hops, and too many to mention sweet fruits. Hits the mouth with a medium body, sweetness hits you as you start but then transforms to a tangy bitterness as you swallow, notes of pepper in the middle and finish, which sort of glides away. Very interesting brew.
