Pours a cloudy, hazy orange with medium off-white head. Aroma is sweet, yeasty, orange, a bit herbal and fresh flowers. Flavor is minimally sweet, floral, orange and spicy. Spicy bitter short finish. Somewhat thin palate for the style.

Orange with a ridiculously huge head. Yeasty aroma full of straw, orange peel, coriander and other spices. Sweet and very fruity flavour, again with oranges and coriander being dominant. There is a bit of nice lingering bitternes in the finish.

I have to admit I didn’t know what to expect from a bottle with Santa on it. But it wasn’t too bad at all. Good flavor and went down nice and smooth. I’ll have to get this again (if the price goes down a little).

Hazy orange, light head. Spicy notes with sweet malts and fruit. A great mix of flavours present with oranges and some citrus fruits, cinnamon and extremely yeasty. The finish is bitter and hides the alcohol well. This is a good Belgium.

On tap in a Providence resturant. A copper, amber, hazzy color. Fruity, sweet, spiced scent. Tastes similiar to scent except more of a sweet taste, maybe caramel and a smokey sweet dried fruit to go along with a yeasty feel and taste. . Very nice, will go back to drink again.

750ml - Sweet sugar nose, gold color with an internal glow, starchy mouthfeel, astringent on back. Expected more layers to the flavor. 29 Apr 09 - Tried it again. This does not have one distinct note or flavor (hops, malt, spice) and accordingly is far more subtle than others in the style. Didn’t get the sweetness this time.
