Degustata in bottiglia da 75 centilitri. Ottima schiuma, colore giallo arancione leggermente torbido. Retrogusto con leggero sentore di liquirizia. Buona degustata da sola ma anche a tutto pasto. Poco carattere.

Tasty golden ale with creamy white head. It has a very clear taste of coriander. Try it while fresh coriander eating Nice bitter and touches of peach. The brewery is very well located in the Ardennes.

Bottle. Pours yellowish-amber, smallish white head, plentifu lacing. Aroma is Belgian yeast, malt, banana. Flavor is spicy, Belgian yeast, fruits. A lot of spice. Dry finish, slightly bittering. Kind of soapy. Haven’t really had any Belgian that is this spicy; I like it. Will be trying the IPA Trippel tomorrow.

Tap from Happy Gnome. Belgian tulip glass sporting the brewery’s signature gnome. Beautiful color...like an orange with a hint of golden. Minimal white head. Aroma is crisp and refreshing with citrus and hops playing well together. The taste is a pretty well balanced pale ale with a healthy spice characteristic. Definitely a dry mouthfeel. There is a sweetness working within that helps pull you into that wonderful Belgian beerscape. It’s not up to the Chouffe Houblon level but a high quality effort from the gnome-centric brewery for sure.
