Arom of soil and yeast. The apperance is yellow with a nice head. The flavour is sweet, yeasty and of fermented fruits. This is a really nice beer with a very warming and round taste.

A nose of yeast and citrus - you can sense that this is indeed a belgian blonde. The taste is pretty straightforward, but has an acidity and a saltiness that makes it really enjoyable. The belgian blonde isn’t really the most exciting of beer styles, but I was happily surprised by this one!

750ml picked up at Macs on West Peachtree. yellow/orange apperance with a haze. Huge fluffy head. This looks more like a saison to me, but it still looks nice. Little spice with a lot of fruit and yeast. Not an overly pungent aroma, but very nice. Very fruity beer, with an almost unnoticeable spice. The yeast adds a nice backing to the beer. Oddlythis beer is smooth, although at moments I am thinking it is not so. Great flavor, but nothing really stands out to me with this beer.

Pours a blond color with a nice head. A strong Belgian ale, but not quite as sweet as some others. A nice fruit taste. A very refreshing beer that’s easy to drink.

Clover and banana, similar to a Hefe. Appearance is golden with creamy head. Flavor of clover, banana and white grape. Palate was creamy. Almost like a Belgian Hefeweizen. Somewhat overrated, methinks.

FCBF 09 poured from bottle at Ommegang booth (one of the best stops). Is this made with wheat? Just wondering because of the banana character detected. Honeyish taste, very delicate and tasty. Great stuff.

The aroma is a citrusy champagne aroma, orange zest hops. Outstanding fruity spice aroma. Belgian spice ale, bubblegum. Ground pepper and light banana. No head in the appearance. Uber-cloudy, golden yellow. Specks of yeast sediment. Glowing color. The flavor is spicy orange peel and fresh pepper. Cloves, light banana and prickly, crystalline orange. Bubblegum. No balance of bitterness, but a good flavor. Prickly and fizzy feel like champagne. The sediment is most certainly present. Citrusy and spicy, prickly and damned good, although not balanced.
