Illata sokat ígér, melyet maradéktalanul be is tart.

Poured from a 750ml bottle, hazy orange fluffy white head didn’t last long. Smells of honey like malt and spicy clove phenols. Taste is smooth some alcohol warmth, spicy cloves and sweet malt but finishes medium dry.

Hazy orange yellow. Nice lacing down the glass. Subtle aroma of spice and yeast. Flavour is much the same but there is a big aftertaste of yeast malt and spice that combines in a superb smooth after burp. Great beer interesting and deep.

UPDATED: JUN 6, 2014 Bottle 330ml. Pours clear golden yellow with a tall, short lasting white head. Aroma of fruits, berries and some yeast. Mouth feel is light, slightly oily. Carbonation is soft to medium but has a very pleasant and quite strong tanginess that tingles for a long while. Taste is slightly sweet, with a nice, not to strong bitterness that balances it well, very rounded. Flavor is earthy, with hints of fruits, and spices, some herbal notes and slight alcohol taste. After taste is slightly bitter, but sticky with some sweetness. Great, very well balanced sipping beer, with interesting, complex flavors, and not heavy at all. Very good.

UPDATED: JUN 27, 2014 Nice foamy big head with medium persistance, deep golden slighlty hazy colour. Typical malty, dough, Yeasty belgian aroma, pleasently spiced. Initially quite sweet malty grainy taste which turns to a slighlty hoppy bitter note; quite present carbonation, balanced bitter/sweet finish. Probably one of the best belgian blondes, easy to drink and especially to find ;) Overall well balanced, likely to be one of my preferred between "commercial" beers: let’s say the "most craft" of commercials

Excalibur123 (117) - Soria, SPAIN - JUN 2, 2014
