Pours hazy deep golden, big fluffy white head. Aromas are sweet and herbaceous. Malty sweetness mingles with clove & coriander. Flavour is full of clove & corriander, some sweet malt & hop bitterness. Dry finish. Very complex.

UPDATED: FEB 28, 2009 750 ml. bottle, shared with Gabe. Pours very exuberantly, watch out for bubbling over, thin head of good duration, very slight lacing over a golden yellow cloudy body.....nose is fruity, banana, some bubblegum aromas, some honey.....tastes of mace, nutmeg, allspice with sweetness throughout, mild hop bitterness at finish, with alcohol and a bit of medicinal finish....mouth feel light and slightly watery.

ALL time favorite beer - I had this in a glass at Addy’s in Greenville, SC - I love the fresh spicey aroma of this beer - it has a haze when poured and thin head that stays throughout the drink - Not too heavy - I could drink this beer everyday!

Bomber. Poured light golden and hazy with a thick white head and strong lacing. Lots of hoppy spice in the nose and a subtle sweetness (bananas?). Sweet malty flavor complimented with fresh hops. Smooth mouthfeel with a slight punch of carbonation in the finish. A fantastic belgian ale.

750ml from Drankencentrale. Clear straw color with medium to large head, nice lacing. Slight grass, spicy hops, dry aroma. Flavor is slight spicey/floral hops with grainy malt, subtle sweetness, banana, nice. Medium body with light carb. Slightly pilsner in sensation atleast there are some hops to round it out, sessionable.
