Pours a yellow-amber with a big but quickly disappearing head. Aroma is of yeast, sugars, spice, and alcohol. Flavor is full, with plenty of yeasty spice, caramel, floral notes, and other complexities. A very nice beer, and a pleasure to sip as it gets warmer.

Bottle- Pours a golden copper color with a nice head that slowly fades to nice lacing. Aroma is an mixture of citrus, spices and sweetness which is ever evolving as it warms. First sip was of citrus, then into a mild spicy sweetness. No real bitterness and a nice dry finish. Medium body, smooth and and a bit creamy. Excellent balance. There is no hint of the 8% ABV. Very enjoyable, a perfect evening sipper. The alcohol has a nice warming effect
