| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 18/20 | Jun 3, 2009 This Belgian offering pours a cloudy honey brown with a massive off white head that lasted the entire beer and left a wall of lacing on the side of my goblet. The sent is of sweet yeast, apple, and warm alcohol, very pleasant on the nose. Great yeasty taste with lots of summer fruits, there seems to be a ton of smooth tasting wheat in the mix as well. The alcohol is nicely balanced in the flavor just enough to warm the palette but not some much it over powers the taste. Mouth feel might have been a touch thin but had some good carbonation. This is a great brew not the best one out there but still very excellent turbothy (720), Bonn, Germany

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | May 25, 2009 As the picture on this site suggests, there is a lot of head, even if you are quite slow and deliberate in your pouring. On first sip, it is slightly light in flavor, with hints of apple and spice. The body is surprisingly thick for an ale of this kind, and as I progressed, the apples and spice became more prominent. Quite delicious, and one that gets better throughout. TheGent (148), , Massachusetts, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 5/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 24, 2009 A bit messy to open with some over foaming onto the table but this was managable. A gorgous golden cloudy yellow with a classic thick belgian head to it. Sipping through the head of the beer gve way to a yeasty and coriander. A bitpungent at first but an enjoyable beer for me who is not a big fan of the belgian styles. GJF (498), Cedar Rapids, Iowa, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | May 24, 2009 Very drinkable. Pours a hazy gold with a small white head. Lots of yeast in the aroma. Fairly sweet beer with a fruity, yeasty finish. It’s slightly unbalanced with the sweetness to me, but it’s an easy drinker. sdriessen (203), Dunedin, New Zealand
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | May 20, 2009 Nice big head in a tulip - condenses and looks sticky. A murky golden hue.
Piney notes in the aroma with honey. Hops are subdued but still nice and flowery. Mild hints of banana and vanilla in the sweet malt.
Flavours begin sweet and hoppy with clover honey.
In the middle is bitterness from the hops and elements of lemon. Quite intense compared to other blondes.
She finishes with a placid hop bitterness and a candy sweetness from the malt.
Crisp and clean on the palate, with strong carbonation.
