appearance: golden, hazy, frothy head taste: medium sweetness, very bitter long finish, fizzy fine blonde beer, although sharper than let’s say leffe blonde

Poured from tap. Bananas in aroma, note of herbs, little citrus. Yeasty. Gold, a little hazy color. Not so big foam with good lacing. Low carbonized. Taste is mystery for me - its something like parsley or other sort of root with herbs and honey note. Little fruity. Medium, noble bitterness. Quite nice.

Tap at biercraft. Pours slightly hazy gold tons of head and lots of lacing. Mise is fruity and bubblegum. Flavours are pear, leaches, banana, light cereal. Taste light sweet very light bitter. Light body light carbonation pretty dry finish.

Hazy amber beer with a filmy head. Spicy, yeasty aroma. Flavour has all of this but there’s a floral, banana taste to it too. I can’t pick out the spice, maybe a sort of cinnamon taste? Makes it sound like a pudding but it’s not like that. Crisp and refreshing but a hell of a lot of flavour to it as well.

Slightly hazy Amber pour with a thick white head. Nose is slightly floral. Dry, some bitterness, nice Belgian spices and slightly floral finish. Nice.

Poured from a large champagne sized corked bottle into a tulip glass. Aroma- Has a spicy yeast aroma, incredible smell. Appearance- Pours an orange color with a medium sized white head. Taste-Great yeasty malt flavor with noticeable spice added. Palate- A medium bodied beer with moderate carbonation. Goes down very smooth. Overall- World class beer, this should be on everyone’s must try list.

Bottle. Light hazy yellow/golden with a medium sized fluffy white head. Looks all lively and smells good. Nose is very fruity and sweet, honey, light dusty. Medium body, lively carbonation that works well, light acidic and low bitterness. Coriander, light pepper, flowers, apricot, skumbanan, oranges, light dust and hay/dry grass in the finish. There is some sweetness at first, but the carbonation balances it so it doesn’t get too heavy. Alkiehol doesn’t show. Long light dry finish. Lively and enjoyable.

Another superb Belgian Ale from Rory. Straight away you get the spivey yeast and the coriander. Sweet and alcohol rich. Back off or be culled.

- Cuerpo/sabor: Bastante afrutado, referencias a especias y a lúpulo.
