The nose is fruity, sweet and a slight yeast tone also noticed, lemon-lime crispness seals it off with the start is delightfully sweet, delectable are the malts, the top is moderate in its feel to the palate. Finish is biting in its acidity, the hops perfect in their spiciness, quite dry and long lasting aftertaste, and I must say this is my favorite Brasserie d’Achouffe beer to date.

Bright orange body with massive, super-stable head (when am I gonna get to drink it). All kindsa things going on in the glass, mysterious oil slicks, bubbling, clouds; I stare for minutes, entranced. Extremely yeasty, spicy, somewhat sour & farmy aroma; pungent. Light and sweet to the taste, low acidity, very quaffable; much more fruity than the strong nose would indicate, hints of vanilla and caramel towards the finish. No alcohol burn at all, very smooth and quaffable. fishman (349), Philadelphia, USA

Also liked that it was not too spicy. Alcohol is evident in the aftertaste but that’s ok on a cold night. hoppyman (34), Quebec, Canada

Fine aroma with spices and fruits/herbs. Flavour is mostly spicy but very enjoyable. Fairly high carbanotion but still with a nice soft body. Spicy and good!
