3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Poured a substantial golden brew that was not translucent. The head was medium, white, creamy, and laced. The aroma had that musty sourness to it, sweetness, spice, and yeast. The flavor was spicy, sour, dry, and a bit sour. A’Chouffe seems to like dry hopping their brews as I’ve noticed with the three I’ve had. The palate is lightly carbonated and imparts a good mouthfeel. An enjoyable belgian.

0.33 bottle. Hazy, gold color and a big, white head which leaves a nice lacing. Very strong, yeasty smell with spices, clove, and citrus typical for Belgian ales, one could even say standard but nevertheless nice. Taste of yeasts and spices, relatively sweet with a few sour notes. Medium body, slick texture, and average carbonation. Finish is relatively long mostly sweet and yeasty but has some deleterious, acidic tone. Overall the beer is really good and worth recommendation though it could have a better finish

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Very good tripel like belgian stron ale however with slightly less intensive aroma and taste. Pours golden hazy with short head, aroma is fruity and hoppy with malt background. Body is dry/medium with soft, limited carbonation. Very approachable and drinkable Belgian strong ale.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
A very nice Belgium. Pours cloudy golden orange with a thin white head that doesn’t last long. Yeast and spice and everything nice. Good carbonation but strangely creamy and dry finish. Very drinkable and well balanced.

4.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
330ml bottle into a goblet.
Pours a dirty dark gold with a tiny white head. No lacing and just a little bit of foam remaining on top of the beer.
Aroma has that rich Belgian spice character from the yeast including some bubblegum and banana. Some ripe peach and pineapple as well. Really nice.
The flavor is even better. Huge punch of Belgian yeast and spice that just carries on seemingly forever. Loads of peach, coriander, and bubblegum along with lots of bread in the background propping it up. Drying bitterness and a bone dry finish. No hint of alcohol whatsoever.
Overall, what an awesome beer! The depth of the spice and yeast esters is amazing and it is dangerously drinkable for the abv. Definitely one to seek out.

4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20

3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Hazy golden, foamy white head, vanishes rather quick, nice lacing; at first sweet malty nose, followed by bread, caramel, orange peel, coriander, ginger, yeasty; creamy texture with alcohol on the backburner, medium to full body, fair carbonation; at first creamy sweet taste, than some fruitiness and mild bitterness; finish is mild bittersweet with spicy undertones and some alcohol.
