Bomber. Poured light golden and hazy with a thick white head and strong lacing. Lots of hoppy spice in the nose and a subtle sweetness (bananas?). Sweet malty flavor complimented with fresh hops. Smooth mouthfeel with a slight punch of carbonation in the finish. A fantastic belgian ale.

One of the beers that i prefer very often. Aromas of fruits, malts, hop and spicies (coriander). Taste is the same: malty, fruity (orange, lemon), yeasty and spicy.Nice aftertaste.Medium body. Very easy drinkable.

Had a glass at Eulogy bar in Philly. Pours a hazy Yellow color with a medium white head. Aroma of spices banana, clove, grain and lots of citrus. Not much bitterness. You don’t taste the alcool at all for a 8% beer. I really loved it and it finished my very nice trip to Philly quite well.

Draught - Fat Cat, Norwich. Pours a golden yellow with a lasting creamy, two finger white head. Light citrus fruit aromas, bit of estery banana. Delicate floral, citrus fruit flavours. A hint of coriander and spice with a dry subtle bitterness. Thin to medium body amd medium carbonation. Light and drinkable but relatively disappointing.

Bottle. Birthday present from my brother. Pours a hazy straw colour with large rocky slifhtly off white head. Nice lacing. Aromas of grain, spice bananas an belgium yeast. Slightly sour. Flavours once again of malt and fruit. Some sourness and plenty of trypical belgium yeast esters. Carbonation and mouthfeel are as expected. Good beer.

Pours a hazy pale gold with a large, frothy white head that quickly settles and leaves some nice lacing. Aroma is earthy with hints of citrus and herbs. Not excessively sweet, but with minimal bitterness, some acidity, some savoury flavours, while the alcohol is well hidden. Medium bodied, lively and very smooth on the palate, with a finish that is yeasty and slightly savoury.

On tap at ’Au Fut et a mesure’, Lille, 12th Dec 09. Very slightly hazy golden yellow with a thick soft/smooth white head. Grain and citrus on the nose. Quite creamy palate but light in the mouth and has a good, lasting finish. Delicate pear flavour too.
