Bottle, bought @ Aakjaers, Esbjerg.
Pours clear red amber with a fine, medium, frothy off-white head. Good duration, and fine lacing. Rather spicy and earthy aroma with a sweetish toffee touch. Fine, frothy creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is sadly a bit metallic, lots of sweet caramel thickness. Light citric bitter. If the metallic notes weren’t there, this would be really great. Still, with that slight off-flavour, it’s very nice.

May 12, 2008 Clear dark amber with medium beige head. Sweet fruity aroma with caramel notes. Sweet flavor with ripe fruits, caramel and yeasty notes. Ends sweet.

May 12, 2008 75 cL bottle. Pours clear orange with a collapsing off-white head. Mouldy malt aroma. Flavour is slight metallic and mild breadish malt. Light dry breadish into the finish as well.

May 10, 2008 Bottle 75cl - Distinct aroma of chocolate. Exceptional amber color with zero head and slight lacing. Sweet tasting with a lively feel and a long strong alcohol finish. Vive la France!
