delicata e sfiziosa, dolce e morbida, dissetante dagli aromi fruttati che non diventano mai troppo noiosi. direi una birra particolarmente femminile

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
330ml bottle from Vanuxeem. Wow. Now this beer is remarkable. Fresh banana esque aroma from the off, with an indulgent soft Belgian yeast and lemon flavour that fills the glass. Wasn’t expecting this from an unfamiliar beer but this is excellent. Now to search out their other offerings.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Real pretty glass of beer just here... nice n’ clear... golden, s’got a real decent fluffy white head that leaves 1 heck of a lacing on the glass... just a real fine look for beer, real fine.
The aroma is really very inviting, whole wheat bread, honey, earthy spices, light fruitiness... toasty and a little yeasty. Just nicely pungent & appetizing.
The flavor has a touch of honey sweetness at the start, but that sort of lets up fairly quickly... more of that whole grain breadiness in the flavor with some really nice spiciness. The beer has some subtle soft yeasty dough & floral notes with some pear like fruitiness. Really just nicely complex but approachable with a enjoyably dry finish.
The palate is maybe a little soft for what I like in this type of beer, but then it’s also really well suited to the flavors, it’s prickly and well carbonated... I’d prefer it a little livelier but I think the mouthfeel serves the beer well all together.
An altogether enjoyable drinking experience, sheesh... this is a shelf beer!

Het lijkt net of dat ik broccoli ruik. Echt een smerig biertje, niet weg te krijgen. Heel vlak.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle 25cl, a copper beer with high carbonation and good head and lacing. Nose is hopy and red fruit like. Aroma is on vegetables, hopy with metallic notes, some diacetyle and fresh apple notes, medium sweet and malty, very bitter at the finish with peppery hops and again a vegebable note. Expected something more interesting.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle at home in London. Pours perfectly clear yellow-gold, effervescent, with a large, frothy white head. Nose holds lots of white bread, dough, some vanilla frosting. Medium to big sweet flavor, lots more simple, doughy-bready pale malts, hints of orange cream soda, white sugar, hay. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Light warmth to finish, some overripe lemon, wet dough. Starts alright but I’m not crazy about the finish.

1.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Bottle, 33 cl. Straw golden with floating impurities and a tall, frothy head, quickly diminishing. Sweet, strang hayish nose, slightly perfumy, with an alcoholic note. Fusty, artisanal oily flavor of fermented hay. Sweet. No bitterness. Flat. Odd. Not for me.
