Bottle, LCBO Spring Release 2005. Yellow pour, small white head. Fresh corn smell - not macro corn, but the smell of a freshly husked cob of corn. Taste was slightly sweet and spicy over a medium mouthfeel. This was a very unique beer that I will sample again to try and get a better handle on it. For now, points for being interesting.

Aroma is spices, floral and some citrus. Taste is a spicy bite accompanied by some honey and citrus flavours. Finish is crisp, and sharp.

Fairly fruity and spicey aroma, and flavour is likewise. Alcohol was not noticeable. Meh. Boring and not really to my taste on this evening. pintbypint (1004), Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

Hops, caramel, fruity (pineapple, pear?) aromas. Strong note of toffee, some yeast, rich malt. Rather spicy, with an alcohol bite. CapFlu (3481), Victoria, British Columbia, Canada
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 6, 2005 (Bottle) Pours a huge, foamy, white head and a highly carbonated, mildly sediment-filled, amber body. Nose of english hops, old fruit and cheezy malt... and it may be a tad tinny as well. The flavour is very raisin-like and malty. A much better taste than aroma. I like it! Interesting nose of green fruits. Very drinkable even new, alcohol noticeable but not overbearing. Decent size fine head leaving some lacings. Fizzy mouth. Solid brew with likable sweet corn character. johndoughty (2156), cheslyn hay, West Midlands, England

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Mar 10, 2005 This bottled brew poured a large sized Head of foamy white colored finely sized bubbles that left behind a hazy softly carbonated light orange brown colored body and a fair lacing. The aroma was mild with malty yeasty grassy notes to it. The mouth feel was tingly and crisp with a lingering fruity finish. The flavor was good with malty and fruity notes.
