Bottle 75cl.
[as La Choulette De Printemps]. Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, fair lancing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (300508)

A Mes rate: Bottle at Chris O’s Pre GBBF Tasting
Amber with a thin white head. Lots of corn and card with some dirty malt in the background. Pretty poor effort to be honest.

Bottle at Chris_o Pre GBBF Shindig 08. As La Choulette de Printemps. Really disappointed with the 3 French beers that I brought to the tasting. Amber, thin white head. Some toffee, some dust. It’s a little ugly too. Not great.

Bottle@Home as La Choulette Printemps. Hint of smoked sausage in the aroma and raisins. Brown color, large beige head, good lace. Sweet, raisin, hint of smoke, light bitter, sticky mouthfeel.
