Botella. 33cl. Comprada en The Beergarden Store. Recordaba esta cerveza bastante mejor de cuando la probé por primera vez. Demasiado carbonatada para una barley wine y suficiente en cuanto al sabor y apariencia. Muy normalita para el estilo.

330ml bottle - shared by rosenberg - thanks!
sweet and a touch of acetone, some sgharp sour acidic notes. Swimming pool chemical taste. watery palate, crisp carbonation. Pretty dull. sourness and oldness spoil this. a bit of a mess, to be honest.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - bbe 10/13, courtesy of rosenbergh, thanks Jan, 20130406) The beer poured brown and cloudy. Its head was small and almost white. Aroma had malts, toothpaste, sweetness and fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were berries, malts, sweetness, mild sourness and some bitterness. Aftertaste was weird and bitter. Something was really wrong with this beer.

Draught at the La Tape, Madrid, Spain. Dark brown colour with a tiny tan head. Quite mild aroma of malt, dark fruits, plums and mild alcohol. The flavour is malt, more malt and dark fruits. Quite sweet. Alcohol in flavour is quite well hidden. Not bad. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Botella. Mis gracias al señor Don yespr para traerla tan lejo hasta áquí. Deep amber colour. Sweet toasty malty aroma, quite sweet indeed, with bit (dark) fruit. Ok mouthfeel. Sweet flavour indeed: toasty caramel and toasty malt with some (dark) fruit to it along with a bitter sweet finish.
