3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
330 ml bottle. Lote #65. From Madrid, Spain. Greatest thanks to my friend Tommi.
Hazy brown colour with average size frothy white head.
Aroma is herbal and piney. No bitterness. Malty body.
Flavour is a bit more bitter but still quite middle-of-the-road. Pine, mild fruit and grainy malt in flavour. Quite easy. Dry hopping doesn’t kick in.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours cloudy light orange with a half lasting fizzy head. The aroma is herbal, pine, classic IPA cascade alike smells with some citric acid notes. Pleasant. The flavour is full of refreshing herbal bitterness, but with a clean palate that avoids getting tired of it. Not bad, but as the sips goes by, it gets a bit boring. Still, a good one.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
33cl bottle bought at AMCA’12 (Madrid). Orangish unfiltered colour with a formation of a white, large, slightly creamy, nice lacing and good lasting head. Aroma is fresh, hoppy and orangish. Flavour has notes of pine, orange, moderate bittery from the beginning to the end, smooth on palate. Carbonation is medium. Body is medium.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
grass, hay, golden, cloudy, minimal head, white foam, light sweetness, very bitter, medium sourness, light body, thin feel, lively, bitter,
The beer is quite bitter (which I like) but not really hoppy in taste. That is something I would have expected for a dry hopped IPA. It is an OK beer but there are more outspoken IPA’s

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from El Corte Inglés (Gourmet), Seville; batch 65, bb Oct 2013 (pretentious)
Hazy golden color. It has a moderate hop aroma. Malt flavor, with mild residual sweetness, good bitterness level, some bitter orange to drive it to the fruity side, but more yeast to drive it to the dark side; harsh final, some astringency.
Pleasant but dirty; more was expected.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: FEB 15, 2013 A very aromatic and typical looking IPA. This is yet another example of Cibeles showing their craft. The taste is a bit underwhelming, but still bitter and typical. Overall, this is a very drinkable IPA and one that I would recommend.
