This cider at 18% of alcohol is the concentration of favor by the action of cold winter temperature. This apetizer ice cider is an private appellation of the estate. It will charme you. You can take it as apetizer or as brandy. Their ice cider reinforced with some grain alcohol. The result gives a potent and heady blend where the grain alcohol is obvious and not particularly integrated. The ice cider’s characteristics are therefore muted, much of the juiciness is lost among the alcohol tones and the body appears more vulgar, less slick while the little tartness that there was is also muted.
