Appearance is as if a single drop of golden liquid has fallen into a glass of water. Not terribly exciting. The flavors in this still cider are mostly derived from a tart apple splash, but these pleasurable moments are short-lived due to being washed away rather quickly by the predicted watery passages. A feeble body increases the aqueous feel, and interest is inevitably lost.

I can only disagree with Alain here. This felt like one of the rare likeable still, "ordinary" ciders from Quebec. Clear, still, light golden hue. Nuanced aroma of flowery, fruity scents where apple is well extracted, though not the only path followed. A gentle kiss of acidity stays present all through. Soft and fresh palate.
