Bottle from Rehills, Newcastle. Hazy pale straw coloured with a sweet lemon and tart, sugary sweet citrus flavour followed by a biscuit, grassy and malty dry finish.

On tap in a horn shaped glass at Au Brasseur, Brussels. Hazy pale golden color, topped with a solid, medium sized white head. Fruity aroma, some grapes and cellar aroma with some yeasty notes. Taste starts sweet, quite yeasty with some moderate soury feel in the finish. Nicely enjoyable.

Golden straw color slightly opaque. White with cream, sparkling type, with good retention and long lasting. The aroma brings an intense cereal, slightly sweet, fermented, which refers fruity orange, lemon peel, tangerine and apricot. The taste in the mouth brings the feeling of bread and yeast in a slight bitterness that is sweet with notes of apples, some peach and finally a herbal dating back grasses and which has a light bitterness, dry and short to competently prepare the mouth for the next sip. A beer well built, thin and medium body, say light, and very soft. Really has a high and pleasant drinkability. A Blond Ale Belgian who fails to excite, but it makes the ugly pedigree.

0.5 l horn shaped glass @ Delirium Tremens, Brussels. Well, it might be difficult to forget the special glass when rating the taste. This is refreshing blonde, but nothing special.

Bottle of 33cl, in a Trappist glass; from the fridge. Hipsters, nothing more than a bunch of fag cunts. Pourquoi voulez-vous descendre des bières sous prétextes qu’elles sont dans la moyenne afin de plaire au grand public ? Cette bière est ce qu’elle est, elle ne vend pas de rêve, mais elle est bonnne. Et ça c’est beau !

(La Corne du Bois des Pendus Blonde) Bottle 330 ml, served into a tulip, ABV 5.9% Pale golden yellow colour on the body, huge snow white head sitting on top, kind of frothy, with good retention though mainly because of its size. Aroma of perfume, yeast, light fruity notes, a bit funky as well. Good taste, clean, with grass, apples, perfume, a bit of peach. Medium thin body with the carbonation being on the high side. An okay beer.
