F: huge white long lasting head. C: orange golden. A: sharp spicy, yeast, citrus fruity, with coriander tones, honey. T: smooth, fruity taste, with spicy /?coriander/, some, grapefruit, lemon and apples and floral tones, dry earthy finish, ABV is well hidden, full complex body, lively carbonation, interesting tripel worth to try.

330ml bottle. Pours cloudy light orange with a big, thick, sticky off white head. Smells of woody spice, cloves, cinnamon, some fruit and yeast. Taste is pretty sweet ripe fruits but there is a really nice hoppy bitterness that kind of balances things out. The carbonation is pretty high here and the mouth feel decent and well bodied but there is no hiding this beer’s ferocious, boozy bite.

Diabobale (370) - Vallata, SUD ITALIA, ITALY - MAY 30, 2015
