Une blonde pour l’été en mariage parfait avec du rhum de Cuba ajouté avant sa 2ème fermentation, c’est assurément une recette qui ne peut que désaltérer. Sa saveur est douce, ronde et très appétissante, éveillant le sens du voyage comme l’évoque le groupe musical de chanson française à qui elle fait illusion. Embarquement immédiat !

Draught: Poured a golden amber with a light off white color head. Aroma is slight rum and alcoholic. Which is matched when tasting this beer.

Bottle 33cl. A bit to sweet for me, alcohol, vanilla, caramel, golden, clear, rocky head, heavy cloying sweetness, lightly bitter, full body, creamy, long finish.

Hazy yellow colour with a large frothy white head. Fruity and citric aroma with a vague yeasty note. Fruity and very sweet flavor with a yeasty finish.

Light yellow colored, big white head. Aroma is fruity with some banana, juniper and spices, mild alcohol also there. Medium bodied. Flavor is overly sweet with weird fruits and banana, mild yeast and alcohol there too. Aftertaste lasts with this sweetness, is this coming from added rum...
