Bottled. A clear golden beer with a huge fluffy and lazing head. The aroma is quite sweet and malt, but also with a nice spicy note of coriander, and a fruity note. The flavor is very sweet - almost cloying with notes of malt, caramel, coriander, and peaches, leading to a sweet dry fruity finish. The body is quite thick.

(Bottle 33 cl) Pours a slightly hazy golden with an off-white head. Weak aroma of citrus and yeast. Medium body, distinctly sweet with notes of yeast and metal. Do I detect the rum? Not really. 281006

ZBF2008: From bottle. Pours mildly hazy and with a bobbly white head. Mild spiced and light caramel malt. Flavour is light caramel malty, slight spiced and nice yeast note. Ends with a smooth lingering finish of yeast and malt. Lovely.

Bottled (7%). Pale yellow colour, HUGE white creamy head. Aroma is fruit, alcohol and slightly glueish. Some yeast and candy sugar in it also. Flavour is sweet sugar with hints of yeast and earth. Some vanilla and fruits also. Unbalanced. Where’s the rum?

omhper (15965) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - JUL 23, 2007
Bottled at Belgobaren, Stockholm. Clear golden with some yeast deposits and a rich airy head. Sugary sweet nose. Overly sweet with woody rhum flavour. Medium bodied with loads of cane sugar. Pleasantly soft mouthfeel Probabaly possesses some interesting flavour, but as it is overloading my senses with sugar I can’t really tell.

MiP (11783) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - APR 27, 2006
Bottle. Very cloudy golden colour, small floaties. No head. Weak fruity, apricot, syrupy aroma. Semi-thick mouthfeel. Sweet flavour. The sweetness seems to come from the rum, but without rum’s usual sickly tendencies. Candyish flavour, but OK balanced. big floaties at the bottom, creepy-looking, sperma/infection-looking things.

Clear yellow with a large lasting white head. Foamy & good lacings. Smooth & medium carbonation. Slight metal & caramel malty sweet & sugary taste. Overcarbonated. Drinkable - but Silly is still not very impressing to me!
