Blond ale. Light aroma (very light). Smooth; slightly sweet in the front, some nice hop in the mouth. The palate is not very strong, but nice.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours cloudy yellow with a small, white and creamy head. Leaving a nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is malty and light cornish. Sweet, light caramelish. Lingering toasted malt and light bitterness coming through into the finish. Ends dry and vague fruity.

UPDATED: JAN 21, 2004 1/20/2004: light hazy blond, fine creamy head which quickly disappears, light aromatic hoppiness, notes of diacetyl, sweet, rounded maltiness in the finish with reminiscence of diacetyl - a failure this time
