Bottled. Hazy pale golden, lively head. Citric nose. Dry, tart and slender with some yeastiness and wheat malt. Low bitterness.

Blond beer with a nice white head, lots of sediment in the bottle. Nice neutral malt aroma. Flavour is complex, a bit sweet but refreshing. Not bad. (Bottle 33cl)

Pours golden with a large fizzy head, quickly diminishing without lacing. Lots of peach apples and pears in nose. Flavor is fruity cidery and slightly sour. Finish is dry and tart. Body is thin and well carbonated. Rather nice brew, don’t know about the "blond" association in the name though....Perhaps I kept the beer too long in cellar before tasting....

Gushing to fully hazy yellow-straw beer, very carbonated to dirty off-white head. Strange oats-like, grainy nose, but also a bit astringent, oppressive. Same in the taste, spicy, odd-grains taste, oppressive but not really astringent in the MF. Medium bodied, grist slickness, even near-ropey. A real officialized homebrew. Thanks all the same, Stefaan, rare one!

Bottle. Peach/pear aroma. Cloudy dark yellow color. Sweet pear and malt flavor - slightly smoky with a moderate bitter finish. A very nicely complex beer from a microbrewery near Mont Ste. Michel.
