COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Feeling Rowdy. The Nelson Sauvin hops in this beer are. Never have any of us smelled a hop with this amount or variety of characteristics. The aroma is pungent. We’re not gonna bore you with what we smell. You tell us what you smell. Oh yeah, we used the most expensive barley on earth to make this American Pale Ale, but that’s not what this beer is all about. HOPS!!!

Growler from trukpro, clear copper colored pour with creamy white foam. Dank dense pine aroma, prickly pine and toffee flavor, smooth soft finish

Tap at brewpub August 2012-Ok, i have to admit, im a bit biased for this hop. I think the qualities from this hop are truly unique and awesome. Nose is out of this world-white grapes, peppers, dank nugs, mustard seed-wow its insane the notes from this hop. Never have i smelled a hop like this-even some grassy notes like fresh cut fescue or something. Flavors are huge-dank mustard seed, white grapes. crazy! However, this hop does not produce alot of bitterness however, that is balanced with the whole leaf hop flavors it exhibits. Wow, i love this stuff! IN my top 5 session beers ever! Hats off once again to Jeff Erway for producing such awesome beers in this state!

on tap at La Cumbre. Pours a clear sparkling yellow with medium-sized creamy white head and lively carbonation. Aroma is powerfully hoppy with some fruitiness. Bitter and hoppy in flavor with smooth, slick mouthfeel. A nice hoppy pale ale, very enjoyable.
