COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is by far the lightest beer that we have made, or ever will make. Utilizing 100% North American ingredients, including 23% rice, it is "lite", but it actually has flavor compared with what 95% of Americans are used to. Delicate hop nuances, and subtle esters, followed by a bone-dry finish, this is a great BEER to start the night off with.

Straw. Slightly appley note. Thin, a bit sulphury and maybe a bit harsh. If aiming for a skunky macro, this is a winner.

Draft @ Corrales. Very yellow. Phenolic aroma has plastic elements. Sticky palate. Green apple in the finish. Pretty bad, and not sure if that is intentional or not.

Gold metal winner at 2011GABF. Taste’s like what an american pilsner should taste like. Despite the addition of rice to this beers recipe it still passes the taste test.
