On tap at La Cumbre. Aroma is of dark caramel, some roasted barley, and a little molasses. Flavor is very similar, but with a bit of apple in the finish. Palate is thick and sticky. I’d lower the carbonation a tad, might smooth it out a bit. Later in the finish comes rich, sweet chocolate.
