Did someone ask for hops? Tired of beers that promise a full lupulin experience, but never deliver more than richly malted bitterness? It’s no secret that this is what we excel at. We’ve been brewing world class IPAs for years. Our flagship is the culmination of a decades worth of studying and brewing. Take a step above and acclimate to what an IPA should be.

Fuck yeah top ten for style bitches. Soft floral citrus nose, toast, caramel, more perfumey notes with hints of dank. just balanced. Pours orange amber, great head retention lace. Solid looking beer. Flavors of toasted malt, caramel, floral hops, a little earth, dirt, and wood. Big fruity dank finish. Toasted malts linger with a hint of sweetness. Balance here is big time. Really well done. Maybe not my favorite flavor profile from an IPA but you can definitely appreciate good work here.

Poured from a can into a snifter: Pours amber with a nice white head. Aroma of citrus, floral, and tropical notes. Taste is more of the same hop notes, caramel, with a nice bitter finish. Medium body, nice carbonation, really nice IPA.

Tasted from a pint can. It poured a dark Amber hue with a frothy head that left streaky lacing. Hop, pineapple, and citrus aroma. A well hopped taste with a slightly bitter back. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can. Copper color. Aroma of orange peel and citrus. Flavor is heavy citrus hops and a medium amount of caramel sweetness. Hop flavors shine and are well balanced although i think the 7.2 starts to show up as it warms.

Juicy, tropical aroma. Flavor is floral/nectar/honey, grass, pungent mango and passion fruit, citrus rind bitterness. Damn this is truly amazing and I really appreciate them caring enough to list when it was canned on the four pack carrier.

Draft at the brewery. Solid American IPA. All the expected attributes from the average beer geek ... sturdy amber colors, nice head retention, enticing earthy aroma of pine forest. Quite drinkable, full of well balanced flavors you’d expect. Delish. (#5908, 10/28/2014)

This is not for anyone who doesn’t appreciate hops or IPA. This is NOT your run of the mill, basic whatever IPA. This one is perfect. It’s a hop monster first and foremost. For those who want a malty, more sweet ipa don’t even bother. The hops are highlighted beautifully here. Massive amounts of grapefruit, tropical fruit and pine. It’s like walking into a pine forest. As soon as you pop the top it’s in your face with pervasive pine. Taste is nothing short of a miracle. Citrus and pine just dominate it. Some tropical notes in there as well. Just awesome stuff. Every once in a while a beer really surprises me and this one is that beer. I’m an ipa fanatic and have had some really world class ones, but Elevated is probably the best I’ve had. For me this is what I think of when I think of a perfect ipa. Definitely try it. I had it only 6 days old. Killer stuff right here. Cheers!

Shared can. Pours clear gold with creamy white head. Aroma is biscuit and cereal malts, pineapple, lemon zest, floral notes, and faint toast and caramel. Flavor is good citrus and grassy hop presence, dry malt base, grapefruit esters, and some toast; dry and smooth. Medium body and carbonation.
