3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Can at ChrisO Holiday Tasting, London - thanks to Henrik (I believe). Pours perfectly clear gold with a fine, white foam head. Big citrusy hop aroma, some piss and pineapple, some orange. Medium sweet flavor with sturdy grass, orange rind. Medium bodied with fine, creamy carbonation. Moderately resinous finish, dry pine, grass, citrus rind. Decent overall, pretty good balance.

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pour out of 16 oz can, big thanks to Aaron for being so generous. Nice slightly hazy orange-yellow pour with nice fluffy tan head, aroma is big dank notes of pine, grass, going into nice grapefruit, orange, lemon, some hints of sweet caramel, and a nice rich piney orange mix finishes it out, very nice. Taste is a nice mix of grapefruit, orange, some lemon, slight mango, pineapple, hints of pine, grass, slight caramel, finishing with a hint of spice, more hops, more bitterness but never overwhelming. This is very well done.

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 5/20
Can. Pretty subpar for the category. Smells and tastes like cat piss. Imbalanced, but most IPA’s these days are. Unpleasant flavor/aroma profile leading to "over-the-top" hop bitterness. Citrus would have been much better than stinky garlic. Malt presence is clearly subdued to compensate for the ridiculous hop character (which misses the mark).

UPDATED: OCT 9, 2015 Tap @ La Cumbre. Pours a clear, dark orange appearance with a white head. Heavy ganja, resiny, super piney, citrusy hoppy aroma. It’s like you are sucking on the fucking hops. Super ganja, piney hoppy, palate wrecking flavor. Tasty. Official beer of the Iowa City 1/10/2013 spongedbob party. (4.2).
GABF 2015. Really fucking good as usual (4.2)

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
A Christmas present from my daughter via Beer Jobber. Pours clear amber with a white head. The aroma is bready sweet malts. The flavor has the sweet malt base but then gives way to a huge hop hit. Dry and refreshing, one of the best IPA’s i’ve had in a while.
