We’ve been brewing world class IPAs for years. Our flagship is the culmination of a decades worth of studying and brewing. Take a step above and acclimate to what an IPA should be.

Draft at the source courtesy of erway, thank you sir! Hazy golden color, small white head. Aroma has tangerine, tropical fruits, pine. Taste has more fruit, citrus, pine. Nice malt balance, so it’s not overly aggressive. Delicious.

Medium sweet flavor with sturdy grass, orange rind. Medium bodied with fine, creamy carbonation. Moderately resinous finish, dry pine, grass, citrus rind. Decent overall, pretty good balance.

Can at ChrisO tasting, thanks to Henrik for what I think is my first beer from NM ! 30/12/12. Lightly hazed mid amber with a thin off white head that clears to the edge and leaves a small film. Nose is bitter hops, pine, grapefruit - simple and fresh. Taste comprises bitter grapefruit, hops, pine, orange pith, touch of sugars. Medium bodied with soft carbonation leading to a bitter dry finish. First rate IPA!

Hazy amber. Big hop aroma is earthy. A bit cheesy, too. Medium hops, earthy. Clean pale malt sweetness is good. The funny thing about this is that it does hit the right notes...and you can drink a lot of it. There’s no one thing that makes it, but it ends up being a damn good IPA.
