>> Full haze peach juice pour, white film. Nose is green nectarine, leafy, big esters. Taste is dusty, wheaty, thick dough, green nectarine. Juicy, acidic palate with wheat density. Gets better as it warms with some rich leathery body and sharp nectarine skin. Nice overall. Best palate of the tasting flight.

On tap at pub. Pours out a hazy straw topped with a small white head. Nose is holly apricots some spice and a little malt. Taste is so much apricot it is awesome the little saison touch comes in to give it a nice bubble and little spice. Wow this was really nice.

Tap@Brewery: Pours a beautiful hazy apricot color. All spices and tart fruit on the nose. The first sip knocked me back to curb: thought it was a sour style. Balanced for the acidic palate. Overall, balanced, hides its 7.5% ABV well, fruity, but real tart. Each sip improved in my tulip glass.

Tap at the brewery. The look is super cloudy, nice white head, and bright orange in color. The smell is fruit mostly apricot, wheat, tart, real good, and yeast. The taste is fruit, acid, tart, apricot, balanced, so good.

GABF 2012, October 12, Friday. Very well carbonated. Light copper color. Sweet apricot aroma and flavor, but thin palate. I didn’t like this as much as their other beers I had the chance to try.

Hazy light orange pour, whitish head. Aroma of apricot, yeast, a light peppery note and a hint of bread. Flavor is lightly sweet, but more yeasty and peppery dryness. A bit of earthy funk. Great!

Tap at brewpub August 2012-Pours lite hazy orange cloudy hue with a small fizzy white head. Funky peachy apricot lemon earthy yeasty barnyard love it! oh dear god wow thats a huge wallop of apricot tartness, lite sourness and some faint grainy notes. body is lite and crisp. Wow, cool brew here long lingering tart apricot finish that seems to go on and on. I usually dont like fruit infused saisons, but this one definitely does it for me! Nice work Erway!
