When the Head Brewer of Marble Brewery tried our Irish Red Ale last year, he thought “Man this is good! But it would be so much better if it were a lager.” Fast forward 10 months and Daniel, now La Cumbre Brewing Co.’s Head Brewer, got his wish. Same recipe, same intention, different yeast. Lots of caramel, bread and just a kiss of earthy hops, this beer has been cellaring for over 3 months and is ridiculously smooth and quaffable.

on draft at the brewery. Dark red in color with a small, frothy, off-white head. Light malty aroma of caramel and toffee. Medium bodied with soft carbonation and a lightly bitter finish. Somewhat sweet and smooth and very drinkable. Perfect for St. Patrick’s Day!
