COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
VMO is not just a beer, it’s a family. It is our dedication to traditional Germanic brewing methods, ingredients, and style. We love rich biscuity malt paired with the finest noble hops on earth all wrapped up in a very drinkable package. We pull out all the stops to make these the finest lagers they can be, Malts and hops from Germany and the Czech Republic, decoction mashing and over a month of aging. It will be September before we release the next in the family, so enjoy this while it lasts.

on tap at the brewery taproom. Amber in color with a small frothy white head. Sparkling clear. Aroma is quite faint with some bready malt notes. Medium bodied with soft carbonation and creamy texture. Moderately sweet. I enjoyed this even though it wasn’t as intense as what I’m used to from La Cumbre. This would be an excellent beer for fall.

Growler. Pours a copper color with a white head. Aroma is of grassy hops, grains, caramel and sweet malt. The flavor is again of grassy hops, cereal grain, caramel, sweet malt and some breadiness. The body is light with a crisp mouth feel. Overall an solid brew.
