I know, I know… We miss BEER to. That being said, we just love to geek out with these Pale lagers and this is one of the best we have brewed. Clean as all get up, just a touch of malty toastiness, and just enough hops to balance, this is easy drinking lagerbier at its finest. Less hops than a Pils, less malt than a Dortmunder, this classic style is generally what one would get if they asked for a house beer in most Bavarian beer halls. We absolutely love it and, if you’re so inclined, we think you will to.

Tap@Brewery pours brightly golden with cereal maltiness on the nose. Fuller bodied for a Helles, creamy mouthfull, finishing with a perfect balance between hop, malt, and bitterness. Overall, an outstanding Helles.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
on tap at the brewery. Sparkling yellow in color with small, creamy, white head. Aroma is mostly grain. Light bodied with soft carbonation and a slick mouthfeel. Moderately bitter finish. Another very drinkable beer, goes down smooth and a very clean lager. Good.
