COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

UPDATED: JAN 21, 2015 Bottle 37.5cl. Poured in Duvel glass. Murky honey pour, nice frothy and dense foam. Strong yeast/cheese aroma (ementhaler) infused with dried lemon. Distantly reminds of Duvel or Carolus Hopsinjoor. Nice. Relatively typical blond taste (fresh, relatively crisp, slight lemon and pine taste) but with a saison-like yeasty kick. Even a little floral. Bread in the aftertaste. Ok

Bottle @ home. Giallo dorato, riflessi ambrati, velata. Grande sedimentazione di lieviti sul finale. Schiuma bianca fine e persistente. Aroma intenso, floreale, leggermente fruttato (agrume, scorza di limone), accennato stantio di cantina, lievito belga. Gusto abboccato, fruttato-agrumato, acidulo, poco amaro piuttosto elegante il finale. Mediamente corposa, decisa carbonatazione, un filo spigolosa. Medio calore alcolico. Buon equilibrio, bella armonia.

Bottle, bought @Etre Gourmet. Pours murky yellow with quite a lot of floaties. Small, frothy white film head. Aroma has sweet malts, wheat, lemon, sweet apple. High carbonation, okay dry and fairly creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has grainy wheat, earthy hops, quite bitter. Short, sweet finish.

UPDATED: JAN 8, 2015 Bof, bof... Not a great beer, a lot of marketing... The place where I had it is the Brewery itself which is very beautiful. But I was looking forward to try it was quite disappointed. Nice nose, quite flowery but the taste doesn’t follow, there is no finish. It is not really balanced.

Crystal-clear golden beer with subtle bubbles and a weak head. Smell is coriander, white pepper, subtle lemon, salt. Very slight hint of cherries. Taste is salty fizzy and dry. Touch of wet wood, breadiness. Sour, with a bitter dry finish.

Sweet first aroma with coriander and orange, just the right amount of bitter for me. The perfect balance between a tripel and a white beer. Perfect for summer and good times with friends !
