On tap at Delirium. Aroma: malty and citrus. Taste: quite sweet and grainy at first, but there is definately some wheat tartness in there as well. Bitter finish. Ok beer, but not exceptional.

Golden cloudy with rich white head. Bit sweet hops and malt aroma. Balanced taste with certain fruitiness, sour and bitter with some remaining bitterness and touch of sweet.

Upon opening the bottle. Slight acid aroma. Then got some corn vibe. Rather bulky for a blond beer.

UPDATED: JAN 21, 2015 Bottle 37.5cl. Poured in Duvel glass. Murky honey pour, nice frothy and dense foam. Strong yeast/cheese aroma (ementhaler) infused with dried lemon. Distantly reminds of Duvel or Carolus Hopsinjoor. Nice. Relatively typical blond taste (fresh, relatively crisp, slight lemon and pine taste) but with a saison-like yeasty kick. Even a little floral. Bread in the aftertaste. Ok

Bottle @ home. Giallo dorato, riflessi ambrati, velata. Grande sedimentazione di lieviti sul finale. Schiuma bianca fine e persistente. Aroma intenso, floreale, leggermente fruttato (agrume, scorza di limone), accennato stantio di cantina, lievito belga. Gusto abboccato, fruttato-agrumato, acidulo, poco amaro piuttosto elegante il finale. Mediamente corposa, decisa carbonatazione, un filo spigolosa. Medio calore alcolico. Buon equilibrio, bella armonia.

Bottle, bought @Etre Gourmet. Pours murky yellow with quite a lot of floaties. Small, frothy white film head. Aroma has sweet malts, wheat, lemon, sweet apple. High carbonation, okay dry and fairly creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has grainy wheat, earthy hops, quite bitter. Short, sweet finish.
